Can I wash the gloves in the washing machine?
Yes. We recommend washing the gloves at a maximum temperature of 40 °C.  

Caution! Do not use fabric softener, otherwise, the fibers of the glove will lose their function.
Before first use: Wash the glove with water and (skin-friendly) soap or wash the glove at 40 °C.

Can I use the gloves for both hands?
Yes! The gloves are designed to be worn both left- and right-handed.

I have an extremely sensitive skin, can I still use the gloves?
Yes! The gloves are specifically developed in such a way that it is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive ones.

Are your products tested on animals?
No, our products are not tested on animals.

How can I pay for my order?

How do I know you have received my order request and payment?
Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with your order confirmation. This confirmation also includes the invoice. You will receive a second e-mail once your order is processed and on its way to be delivered to you.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Absolutely! We deliver worldwide. Click here for country, costs & delivery time.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a track & trace number with a web link from us by e-mail, once your order is processed and handed over to the courier.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received your payment.
Note: iDEAL and PAYPAL are directly credited to us and will be shipped the same day.
All other payment services will take 1 – 3 business days.

Do I need to be at home to receive my order?
We have created a package small enough to fit through your mailbox, so you don’t have to be at home to receive your products.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
The customer has the right to return the purchased products within fourteen (14) days after the products have been delivered.
Products can only be returned if they are unused, undamaged and have an unbroken seal.
Products must be returned in its original packaging and in its original packing slip.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipment and its costs.

How can I return my products?
Please send an e-mail to customerservice@chromestiletto.com, including the following information:

  • -order number;
  • -name;
  • -delivery address;
  • -phone number;
  • -e-mail address.

After receipt and acceptance of this e-mail, you will receive a Return Authorization number (“RA number”). This number must be visible on the outside of the package. Take the package to a carrier of your own choice and arrange the shipment to us. We advise you to keep hold of your receipt and track & trace details.

When will I receive my refund?
When the products are returned to us in a good condition, we will refund the total order amount as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) business days after receiving the returned products. The costs for transport of return shipments will not be refunded.

 I don’t have an account, can I still place my order?
Yes, you can always place an order as a ‘guest’.

What should I do when I forgot my password?
Click on the ‘’Forgot your password?’’ link and follow the instructions.

How can I edit my personal information details on my account?
Log into your account and go to ‘’Edit my personal info’’. After changing your information, click on ‘’Continue’’ and your changes will be saved.
